Workshop: ‘Equal Pay and Gender Pay Equity in your Workplace’ – Issues and Actions

If you cannot pay by credit card online and require an invoice - please contact us by email at

Lunch available from 12:30pm.

Dealing with gender pay equity is complex and difficult to navigate. But it is an essential programme in all workplaces, particularly those with a large female workforce or those who are keen to attract more females into their organisation.

This workshop will look at the legislative environment for equal pay along with the ‘principles’ that have been established for both equal pay and gender pay equity. Finally participants will hear from practitioners who have worked within their organisations to address gender pay equity and what tools and approaches they can use in their organisation.

Who should attend?

It is ideal for HR and ER specialists and union officials, particularly those dealing with pay equity in their workplace; those dealing with workplace policy and recruitment and retention.
